About our scholarship

The Circleville High School Alumni Association is dedicated to supporting the academic, athletic, arts, and social/service activities of students attending Circleville High School.  As a way of further supporting our youth the alumni association offers $1,500.00 scholarships to be awarded to senior students. This award is given to support post-secondary education for its recipients.  Applying students must be graduating seniors from the current graduating class, demonstrate academic excellence and extra-curricular involvement, and be a person of good character. 
 
Eligibility for Scholarship -
Must be a graduating senior who has a custodial parent or grandparent who graduated from Circleville High School.

These criteria will be used as a general guide in the selection process, but no one factor shall be deemed as determinative.

2025 Scholarship Recipients

• Maddux Bigam will attend Northern Kentucky University and study biology. Maddux is the daughter of Brian and Nicole Bigam. Brian is a 1998 graduate of CHS.
  
• Presenter Tom Strawser, CHS Alumni Board Member and Chair of Scholarship Committee.
  
• Isaac Williams will attend Lake Superior State University and study geology. Isaac is the son of Michael and Angela Williams. Both Michael and Angela (Hill) are 1994 graduates of CHS.
  
• Jack Sorrell will attend the University of Rio Grande and study history. Jack is the son of Bruce and Jennifer Sorrell. Bruce is a 1989 graduate of CHS.
