Alumni Scholarship
The Circleville High School Alumni Association is dedicated to supporting the academic, athletic, arts, and social/service activities of students attending Circleville High School. As a way of further supporting our youth the alumni association offers $1,000.00 scholarships to be awarded to senior students. This award is given to support post-secondary education for its recipients. Applying students must be graduating seniors from the current graduating class, demonstrate academic excellence and extra-curricular involvement, and be a person of good character.
Eligibility for scholarship - must be a graduating senior who has a custodial parent or grandparent who graduated from Circleville High School. Selection Criteria GPA - 2.75 or above Extra-curricular involvement Character Essay Reference These criteria will be used as a general guide in the selection process, but no one factor shall be deemed as determinative. |
2020 Scholarship Recipients
Whitley Calder is attending Miami University to study business management and economics. She is the daughter of Andrea and Greg Tipping and Chad and Jessica Calder. Also Circleville High School graduates are Chad ‘93, Andrea (Cullum)’96 and Jessica (Stumbo) ‘00 Victoria Bircher, is attending Ohio University Chillicothe and will study for a career in the medical field. Tori is the daughter of Tyler and Kathi Bircher. Tyler is a 1988 CHS grad, and Kathi (Stonerock) graduated from Circleville in 1990. Peyton Perini, is at Ashland University to study integrated language arts education 7-12, and run track for the Eagles. Peyton is the daughter of Nick and Rachel Perini. Rachel (Allen) is a 1999 graduate of CHS. |
