Application and forms

The Circleville Alumni Association is dedicated to supporting the academic, athletic, arts, and social/service activities of students attending Circleville High School. As away of further supporting our youth the alumni association is offering two $1,000.00 scholarships to be awarded to two senior students, one male and one female. This award will be given to support post-secondary education for its recipients. Applying students must be graduating seniors from the class of 2006, demonstrate academic excellence and extra-curricular involvement, and be a person of good character.

These criteria will be used as a general guide in the selection process, but no one factor shall be deemed as determinative. Completed application forms are due in the guidance office no later than March 24, 2006. Click here for the application.
